ABOUT POSITION

We are looking for a System Administrator with experience in Email Marketing and who worked with Email Service Providers. You will take care of the technical side of our email marketing campaigns, providing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support to the marketing team.

You will have the following tasks:

• Conduct research to identify and evaluate new ESPs that can improve our email marketing campaigns;
• Test and set up new ESPs to ensure seamless integration with current systems and ensure compliance with industry standards;
• Monitor and maintain ESPs to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and make necessary adjustments to improve performance;
• Collaborate with different departments to develop effective email marketing strategies and campaigns;
• Design and create simple email templates that comply with industry standards and regulations;
• Ensure that email campaigns adhere to quality and compliance standards, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations;
• Communicate with different departments to ensure that emails are delivered in a timely and accurate manner, and to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of any issues or concerns;
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that our email marketing campaigns are effective and up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing ESPs or email marketing systems;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex concepts;
• Experience in stakeholder management and delivering presentations to technical teams;
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment;
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and problem-solving mindset;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
