We are looking for a highly talented product manager to join our growing product and team. The position has both inbound and outbound responsibilities. On the inbound side you will work with the engineering, creative and operations team to deliver a world-class product. Outbound responsibilities include communicating with customers, product communities and industry analysts to serve as a domain and product expert.

Our ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• Fluent English: speaking and writing;
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and environment;
• General understanding of SDLC;
• Understanding of UX best practices, information architecture, and user testing;
• Proven ability to excite and lead a development and creative teams;
• Ability to accept and deliver against user feedback and research;
• Proven track record leading customer engagements with demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts, guide strategy and deliver positive results for customers
• Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline oriented startup environment;
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized;
• Consulting and collaboration mindset.

• Experience with SAAS and enterprise software experience;
• A solid portfolio with examples of strategic management across web sites and applications.

• Gather user and functional requirements, estimate effort, set scope and define timelines for new product initiatives;
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive offerings;
• Manage and Collaborate with designers, product and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions;
• Resolve conflicts in internal or cross-functional debates regarding process or execution;
• Be active in the company’s customer success, blog writing and demo / webinars efforts;
• Work with CS and Marketing on sales enablement and demand generation activities like webinars etc.;
• Represent Craft as a domain and product expert;
• Own your product backlog.
