We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer located in the EU to join our growing development team.
REQUIREMENTS
— 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator/Network Administrator/DevOps Engineer
— Deep knowledge of Linux OS (CentOS, Ubuntu) on the administrator level
— Experience with scripting (preferably using shell)
— Hands-on with Nginx
— At least basic experience administrating the Google Cloud Platform
— Good spoken and written English level (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
NICE TO HAVE
— Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
— Experience with Jenkins
— Experience with Zabbix or other monitoring software
— Understanding of Elastic Stack
RESPONSIBILITIES
— Keeping an eye on re-designing old monolith architecture into microservices
— Designing, setting, and maintaining infrastructure in order to support the upgraded architecture
— Working closely with CTO, development, and QA teams
— Eventually doing hotfixes in case production servers break down (but this happens once in a while)
— Starting with part-time engagement (approximately 50% of full-time workload) with a high possibility of shifting to full-time engagement in the near future
