We are looking for a People Partner to join our HR team — your main responsibilities will include working with HR analytics, the full cycle of interacting with staff (from onboarding to off-boarding) and conducting other activities for teams.
Responsibilities:
— Maintaining the processes in HRM
— Communication with internal managers and customers
— Implementing and supporting initiatives related to HRM
— Conducting one-to-one interviews with team members
— Organization of internal team buildings and events
— Monitoring the situation in the teams, advising, and assisting in solving the issues
— Conducting surveys, questionnaires
— Creating reports
Requirements:
— 1,5+ year of HR experience in IT sphere (as HR Manager/HR Assistant/People Partner)
— Understanding of general HR processes
— Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
— Good spoken and written English level — ideally Upper-Intermediate or higher
