Fullstack Developer (Ruby+React) for media project (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with good grasp of Ruby and React to join Israeli SaaS project designed for media domain.

Our customer is one of the world’s leading cloud platforms for integrating services and enabling app developers in the media space, offering fast time-to-market and a rich array of features on a variety of platforms. Using their SaaS cloud platform, broadcasters and content owners can develop and launch apps, OTT services or integrate selected modules and functionalities such as engagement and interactivity into third-party apps.

Apps powered by this platform are used by millions of viewers worldwide every day. They proudly count among its customers ProSiebenSat.1, Television Academy, Viacom, Baby First and many more.

Responsibilities:
— Developing back-end and frontend services for media related applications
— Participating in defining and implementing large scale back-end services to support millions of active users in a distributed environment

Requirements:
— 3 — 5 years of experience in developing back end and frontend services for web applications.
— At least 2 years of development in Ruby on Rails
— At least 2 years of JS development (React JS preferred)
— Experience in developing REST APIs
— High version control skills, with emphasis on git
— Self managed, responsible and well organized
— Being highly familiar with recent technologies and practices to be used in developed systems and integrated into existing ones
— Good spoken and written English level (at least Upper-Intermediate)

Nice-to-have:
— Experience with Node.js
— Experience with Docker
— Experience with Graphql
— Experience with functional programming
— Experience in deployment, with emphasis on cloud deployments
— Proven record in open source environment.
— Experience with front-end technologies such as ReactJS
— Experience with Kubernetes and Helm
