10+ years of IT experience on positions of various levels
3+ years of experience as a manager within IT sphere

Manage the team of 7 engineers in Ukraine — back-end and mobile ones — all of them of Senior-level. (we plan to double this amount soon)
Analyse current work processes and transform them to ensure high performance
Serve as a focal point between Ukrainian team and other teams in India and the US

Our customer is a large gaming company with offices in Bangalore, Mumbai and the US, creating a wide range of online games with cash prizes.
They brought an online version of Indian traditional card game to the market, and then proceeded with a variety of other games of different directions (slot games, card games, fantasy simulators and others). As their local market is large, but not explored yet, they are growing rapidly and extend their portfolio significantly with time.
Currently, they are in need of a side-leader for our Kyiv-based team who’ll cover both product and team management issues.
