* 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment;
* Experience in communication with Hiring Managers and customers;
* Experience with requirements gathering and creating job descriptions;
* Understanding of full cycle recruitment;
* Knowledge of all the main search tools and ability to perform at a high level;
* Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
* Analytic thinking and good negotiation skills;
* Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).

* Experience in conducting HR interviews.

* Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
* Recruitment database maintenance;
* Source candidates using different channels, networks, internal databases, internal and external referrals, etc;
* Communicate with customers and hiring managers to gather information needed to compose job descriptions;
* Provide a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates, evaluating skills level;
