Freelance Recruiter/Sourcer (вакансія неактивна)

Our company Synebo is currently looking for a freelance IT recruiter/sourcer to help our team close current positions faster and more efficiently.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in IT recruiting or sourcing
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• English level: Intermediate or higher
• Strong self-organization, results-oriented mindset, and proactivity
• Confident use of LinkedIn, Boolean search, and familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Search and sourcing of relevant candidates for open positions
• Providing warm leads (relevant and interested candidates) to the internal recruiter
• Conducting market research and exploring non-standard sourcing channels
• Handling initial communication and outreach to candidates
• Keeping track of your pipeline and regularly updating candidate statuses

Will be a plus:

• Experience working in outstaffing companies or startups
• Understanding of the IT recruitment market in Poland
• Skills in pre-screen interviews or technical sourcing
