Our company Synebo is currently looking for a freelance IT recruiter/sourcer to help our team close current positions faster and more efficiently.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in IT recruiting or sourcing
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- English level: Intermediate or higher
- Strong self-organization, results-oriented mindset, and proactivity
- Confident use of LinkedIn, Boolean search, and familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Search and sourcing of relevant candidates for open positions
- Providing warm leads (relevant and interested candidates) to the internal recruiter
- Conducting market research and exploring non-standard sourcing channels
- Handling initial communication and outreach to candidates
- Keeping track of your pipeline and regularly updating candidate statuses
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in outstaffing companies or startups
- Understanding of the IT recruitment market in Poland
- Skills in pre-screen interviews or technical sourcing
