⚡️ Zones of responsibility

  • Plans and implements a talent acquisition marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
  • Establishes positioning, identify target audiences, and develops lead generation plans and campaigns with specific objectives across different channels and platforms (including but not limited to email, cold calls, PPC, paid platforms, landing pages, etc.)
  • Builds and manages all aspects of a multi-channel recruitment marketing framework, including content management, social media strategy, and digital marketing
  • Collaborates with Content Lead to create posts and articles
  • Implements digital advertising and channel management, including job boards and organic and paid social media campaigns
  • Consistently evaluates campaign effectiveness through performance metrics and uses them to drive continuous improvement
  • Performs competitive analysis to continuously stay at the forefront of recruitment marketing, retention tactics, and social media trends
  • Develops high-quality, on-brand multi-media content to create awareness, build followers, encourage employee referrals and generate job applicants
  • Participates in regularly scheduled meetings with the HR department to proactively identify recruitment and retention needs, discuss campaign details and prioritize critical business needs

💼 Required skills and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in the marketing/lead generation domain
  • PPC, digital advertising, or other similar recruitment marketing experience is required
  • Proficiency in setting up LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram ads
  • Hands-on experience using various social media platforms
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Excellent content writing skills
  • Fluent in English

➕ Would be a plus

  • Work experience as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Google Ads or Facebook Ads certification
