About the role
We are looking for an HR Manager who will be involved in key HR processes and become part of our HR team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who takes responsibility for decision-making, can prioritize tasks correctly, manages her/his time effectively, and has excellent interpersonal skills.
Essential skills and experience for this role
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Human Resources;
- Complete understanding of HR functions;
- Familiarity with employment paperwork, including terms of the agreement, fixed-term contracts, and confidentiality act;
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Systems;
- At least an Upper-Intermediate English level — both spoken and written, as we hire globally and our common language is English;
- Being proactive and independent in solving problems and suggesting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide the necessary information and conduct pre-onboarding;
- Process employment paperwork;
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees;
- Control and support the adaptation period of newcomers employees;
- Assist existing employees when they move to a new department or position;
- Oversee the entire process of offboarding and conduct exit interviews;
- Coordinate and improve processes within performance management, and help our leaders to provide performance review process;
- Assist in learning & development process;
- Keep up to date on our policies and processes in our Handbook;
- Record compensations of our benefits;
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
Conditions
- A trial period is two months;
- The working schedule is flexible. You work full remote;
- PTO: 15 vacation days, 11 days off for holidays, and 20 sick leave days per year ;
