About the role

We are looking for a business partner who understands the value of proper hiring decisions, who does not afraid of making mistakes and is eager to try new approaches to attracting talents around the world.

Essential skills and experience for this role

  1. Proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring great candidates. Ideally, you have 1+ years of recruiting experience
  2. Upper-Intermediate level of English
  3. Deep knowledge understanding of creative sourcing strategies and tools to engage and excite passive candidates
  4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively
  5. Industry knowledge with an ability to understand relevant skills, target companies, etc.
  6. Outgoing, competitive, and positive personalities are a huge plus

Responsibilities

  1. Finding and engaging talent to join Syndicode
  2. Manage the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process
  3. Delivering market data to team members and hiring managers
  4. Proactively improve our recruiting processes and identify opportunities that need refinement

Conditions

  • A trial period is two months
  • The working schedule is flexible. You can work remotely worldwide or from one of our offices in Kyiv or Dnipro
  • PTO: Vacation — 15 working days, plus holidays and weekends; Sick leaves — 20 working days without any documents. We trust people
  • Each employee has a fixed annual balance for sports, health care, or education
  • English lessons in groups
