Higher education
HR generalist experience not less than 2 years, preferably in IT industry
Knowledge of performance management concepts, principles and practices
Strong communication skills
Relationship building skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
People oriented and results driven
Upper-intermediate level of English
