Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Expert.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), tools, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing for US and EU markets, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Experience with AI tools for content generation and social media management.
  • Strong ability to create visual content and compelling written content. Ability to create and edit videos, GIFs, reels, and similar content.
  • Experience with social media paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta and others).
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and integration.

· Ability to develop and execute fact-based digital strategies.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Analytical mindset.

· Excellent communication and writing skills.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the IT sector or with digital products.
  • Certifications in SMM or Digital Marketing.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and web analytics.
  • Knowledge of iGaming domain would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms.
  • Define and report on key social media metrics and use insights to improve performance.
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and social media management.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure regular, high-quality content.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data.
  • Develop and Present Marketing reports and presentations.
