Symphony Solutions, having its headquarters based in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) is a fast-growing international organization that is providing Western-European clients with high-quality IT, BPO, and Consultancy services.
You would be an excellent fit for this position if you have:
- A business Development executive with a proven track record of sourcing and closing deals of 500K and above
- An expert with 5+years of experience selling solutions/service portfolios consisting of at least one of the following:
— Application Development or Modernization
— Experience Design
— Cloud and DevOps
— Data and Analytics Infrastructure
— Managed Services/ Team Augmentation
— Agile Transformation Digital Marketing Orchestration - Skilled at all aspects of consultative sales and business development including prospecting, initiation, deal qualification, closure, and customer satisfaction
- A ´hunter´ with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Adept at opening new accounts and building high-quality relationships instead of taking a transactional approach
- Ready to travel across Europe to meet with the clients
- Having a strong, wide network of clients from either the online gambling or healthcare industry would be a huge plus, however, we are also open to other domains
Here are some of the things you’ll be working on:
- Selling the value proposition: learning Symphony Solutions Service portfolio, how to qualify client needs, Typical Client profiles
- Lead Origination: researching and selecting prospects; contacting and engaging prospects through proactive outbound calls/emails/Linkedin
- Orchestration: bringing together the right experts to identify & assess opportunities and then put together, pitch, and submit the respective solution proposals
- Grow Symphony Solutions’ business in new and existing clients by proactively building its own pipeline through outbound activities
- Drive all Sales-related activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams of Sales, Marketing, Delivery Organization, Finance, and other
- Coordinate the preparation of RFPs for client requests
- Work with Marketing to identify opportunities and joint target accounts
- Coordinate Sales pipeline and forecast reviews for the clients
- Propagate Symphony Solutions’s capabilities and success stories
- Drive joint marketing initiatives with marketing teams
