What is the project and why should you care?

Based in the UK, the client helps large companies build cloud solutions for applications and infrastructures that reduce IT costs, streamline operations and accelerate time to market. As a member of our professional team, you will be part of the evolution of our product by contributing to the design, implementation, and operation of a world-class cloud solution. Recent projects include a complete end-to-end product supply solution for the retail and healthcare sectors.

You would be an excellent fit for this position if you have the following:

Technical Skill Set:

• 3+ years’ experience as a QA engineer, 1+ as AQA
• Experience with Robot Framework (as the current tests are written using the Robot Framework)
• Familiar with CI/CD and hands-on experience with Jenkins
• Deep understanding of automation test framework design and hands-on experience in automation testing
• Commercial experience in developing and executing automated testing scripts by Selenium, Jest, and other automation tools
• Experience with automating tests for technologies that include Python
• Basic Python knowledge
• Develop efficient and accurate automated performance test scripts
• Good understanding of subversioning systems (GitHub)
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Experience in working with multicultural teams and different partners, including development teams from other companies
• Analytical thinking
• Good documentation skills and ability to transfer knowledge to future co-workers
