You would be a great fit for this position if have:

  • Proven record in sales or biz dev roles in companies providing professional IT services
  • Experience with selling IT solutions, services, augmented teams
  • Experience working with clients in the healthcare and i-gaming
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • The high energy level and ability to work independently
  • Readiness to travel often across Europe to meet clients face to face

Here are all the things you’ll get to do on the project:

  • Knowing the value proposition: learning Symphony Solutions Service portfolio, how to qualify client needs, Typical Client profiles and etc
  • Lead Origination: researching and selecting prospects; contacting and engaging prospects through proactive outbound calls/emails/Linkedin
  • Orchestration: bringing together the right experts to identify & assess opportunities and then put together, pitch, and submit the respective solution proposals
  • Grow Symphony Solutions business in new and existing clients by proactively building its own pipeline through outbound activities
  • Drive all Sales-related activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams of Sales, Marketing, Delivery Organization, Finance, and other
  • Coordinate the preparation of RFPs for client requests
  • Work with Marketing to identify opportunities and joint target accounts
  • Coordinate Sales pipeline and forecast reviews for the clients
  • Propagate Symphony Solutions’s capabilities and success stories
  • Drive joint marketing initiatives with marketing teams
