We are looking for project-based Recruitment Assistant/Researcher (remote project based work).
Key tasks will include:
— Finding candidates’ profiles using various search tools and platforms (candidates databases / LinkedIn) according to preliminary defined criteria
— Formatting CVs (from ‘candidates’ standards to our CV standards)
— Collecting information regarding current employment market/companies / jobs available on the market
-Other administrative tasks like preparation of materials for trainings/Assessment Centers, translation of docs.
-Coordination of graduate recruitment projects
