— Previous experience with corporate Salesforce CRM systems,marketing research tools, IT cloud as administrator.
— Upper-Intermediate level of English both written and conversational.
— Business Requirements and Functional Requirements gathering skills.
— Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
— Ability to work independently

— Managing of the Salesforce CRM system (Sales Cloud):
*Users and security management
*Create Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts
*Lead Assignment Rules creation, Lead conversion
*Process Builder, app installations, configurations and integrations
*Use Data Loader (Mass data import/change)
— Create customized reports and dashboards;
— The most effective use of functionality and built-in capabilities of the system for achieving the best results;
— Development of additional functionality according to the proposed requirements.
