Swarmer is a Vendor-Agnostic Autonomy for Coordinated Robots. We develop AI-managed collaborative autonomy to make teams of connected drones and autonomous systems smart, efficient, and self-improving over time.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Physical Security Manager who will take full ownership of the security of our people, offices, and critical assets. This role requires someone who can think ahead, design reliable safety processes, and operate effectively in a high-velocity environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Proactively identify emerging risks, assess vulnerabilities, and drive systemic improvements to strengthen overall company resilience.
• Take full ownership of access control systems and coordinate the work of security services and contractors to ensure smooth, reliable protection of all facilities.
• Lead the physical incident response process: investigate incidents, document findings, and update Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DRP) plans.
• Conduct regular risk assessments for offices, labs, testing sites, and critical infrastructure; propose improvements and mitigation measures.
• Maintain active cooperation with Ukrainian defense, security, and regulatory institutions to ensure compliance and effective operational security.
• Maintain and administer CCTV systems, oversee fire safety infrastructure, and ensure full emergency readiness.
• Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001) and maintain accurate documentation.
• Develop, update, and implement physical security policies and procedures across company locations in Ukraine and Poland.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of practical experience in corporate, defense, government, or other high-responsibility security roles.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and roll out full-scale physical security programs — shaping structure, standards, and long-term strategy.
• Strong command of physical protection, emergency preparedness, and risk assessment, with the ability to bridge physical and information security where needed.
• Experience working in complex or multi-site environments where both personnel safety and the protection of sensitive technologies are mission-critical.
• A risk-focused, analytical mindset — someone who sees potential threats early and drives preventive, systemic improvements.
• A modern approach to security, using current tools, methodologies, and internationally recognized frameworks (ISO 27001).
• Fluent Ukrainian and working proficiency in English (Intermediate+).
• High personal integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters and incidents.
• The ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadership, providing clear guidance and elevating security as a driver of operational excellence.
