ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Senior Financial Manager EU in Warsaw to lead finance across Poland, Estonia, and Ukraine. You’ll bring order and structure to our finance operations — building scalable processes where today things are partly manual. The role combines compliance and precision with startup energy and speed. You’ll work closely with our U.S. team and help ensure our growth is built on solid financial ground.

🚀WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support finance operations in PL/EE/UA: business processes, accounting, reporting, tax, compliance, audits;
• Collaborate with auditors, regulators, and legal; ensure US GAAP/IFRS alignment;
• Collaborate on scalable processes and tools; integrate ERP/accounting/BI;
• Collaborate on budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and KPI dashboards;
• Support U.S. finance on intercompany transactions and transfer pricing;
• Support UA team, PL/EE finance, and drive cross-functional projects;

📌WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 4+ years of finance/accounting leadership in Europe;
• Strong record in audits, compliance, consolidations, and multi-entity, multi-currency structures;
• Knowledgeable and experience with IFRS/US GAAP, Estonian and Polish accounting
• Fanatic about financial order: uncompromising accuracy, structure, and discipline;
• Startup mindset: thrives in dynamic environments, highly engaged, and ownership-driven;
• Miltech/defense/high-tech or SaaS background is a plus;
• Fluent English and Polish, Ukrainian preferred bonus;
• High integrity, resilience, and cross-border mindset;
