The Opportunity

Svitla Systems Inc. is hiring a full-time Recruitment Researcher (40 hours per week) based in Ukraine.

As a rapidly expanding software development company, we are looking for a driven Recruitment Researcher to join our team. The role will primarily involve reaching out to, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for our clients across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in IT.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, 1 year of experience in a similar role within an IT company or a strong desire to learn and grow in the field;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English;
  • Strong persuasion and sales abilities;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships;
  • Higher education;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Results-oriented mindset;
  • High personal effectiveness;
  • Flexibility and adaptability;
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
  • A genuine passion for working in the IT industry and advancing as a Recruitment Specialist..

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters in the initial candidate search process;
  • Post job openings on the Svitla website and various job boards;
  • Work with recruiters to prioritize searches and identify relevant keywords;
  • Conduct pre-screening of candidates;
  • Utilize Greenhouse ATS and other innovative recruiting tools to review and select candidates for further consideration by the responsible Recruiter;
  • Help shape the initial impression of Svitla in the developer market;
  • Participate in research, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of best practices;
  • Consistently achieve performance metrics as outlined in the Scorecard, and defined by the Global Recruitment Director.
