Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (React and Python) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is an operator of an electric automotive company headquartered in Seattle, Washington. The company specializes in supporting auto shops and technicians to transition to electric vehicles and building a better industry for everyone from the ground up. The position: remote, contract (3 — 4 months)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in React and Typescript, and/or Python and Django.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and database systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using React and TypeScript and/or Python and Django.
• Work closely with the CTO/Senior Technical Leadership to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Identify and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the codebase.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
