Svitla Systems, Inc. is looking to add an experienced, professional, and personable System Administrator to our growing team. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a proactive, highly motivated individual.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, test, and maintain end-user operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and application software.
  • Diagnose technical field issues down to the root cause.
  • Firewall, DNS, Backup, Networking experience.
  • Take part in operating of Cloud providers (AWS, Azure (AD/Intune)).
  • Optimize existing environments/structure.
  • Identify improvements to IT documentation, network maps, processes/procedures, and tickets.
  • Manage and respond to escalated user inquiries.
  • Research products and new technologies to increase efficiency of business and operations.
  • Keep all tickets and projects updated and track time in a detailed format.

Essential Skills and Experience:
Technical skills:

  • IT Help Desk support experience.
  • Good IT operations experience.
  • Good background in Windows, Linux and MacOS administration.
  • ITIL knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with AWS, Google Workplace (G-Suite), CMDBuild (Ready4Use), Mojohelpdesk Services is a major plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Personal Skills:

  • Willingness to go above and beyond.
  • The ability to multi-task and work across a range of projects and issues with various
    timelines and priorities.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English level.
  • The ability to work completely independently or with a team.
