The Opportunity

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior React Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a powerful Language-as-a-Service (LaaS) platform that enables web meetings and live conferences with real-time multilateral language interpretation. They offer the latest cloud-based technology — and unparalleled language expertise — so you can meet globally in your language. The client relies on a 40-year combined legacy of conferencing and language services. The project is the first B2B platform allowing clients to instantly book interpreters for multilingual meetings. It streamlines the multilingual experience while giving full autonomy to both clients and interpreters. This application will include modules for authentication, international payments, scheduling, ratings/reviews, search, messaging, messaging, analytics, and reports. This is a front-end role focused on the marketplace website and mobile application. The ReactJS front-end interacts with a Rails back-end. It may also interact with Java-based services.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in development with JavaScript in enterprise-level SaaS applications.
• 3+ years of experience with ReactJS
• Knowledge of HTML5, SCSS (or CSS3).
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, Enzyme, Mocha, and others.
• Expertise in TDD, SOLID principles, and related best practices in OOP.
• Experience in building an enterprise-level Software as a Services (SaaS) product with high standards on application performance and stability.
• Knowledge of Redux.
• Proficiency with a modern IDE like WebStorm.
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Advanced English for comfortable working with remote teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with React Native.
• Experience with B2B and B2G applications.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with ADA Compliance.
