Svitla Systems Inc. looks for a Product Marketer for a full-time Kyiv position to manage user acquisition for the internal product. The product is an anonymous job search platform for IT professionals (US market only). This role will perfectly fit a marketing professional, who can work independently with no micro-management, is ready for challenges, and wants to develop as a PMM in the future.
— At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
— Analytical skills, experience in setting up and working with GA, GTM, Amplitude;
— Hand-on experience with Facebook ads, Google Ads (incl. YouTube Ads);
— Experience with E-mail marketing: working with the database, creating emails and texts, working with Mailchimp/SendPulse;
— Knowledge of marketing funnels building, strategic thinking, love to experiments;
— English — upper-intermediate, or higher.
Will be a plus:
— Experience of working for a start-up to the US market;
— Experience in communicating with UX/UI designers, understanding of graphic and web design basics;
— Skill to write good texts in English for the US market.
— Create and manage a user acquisition roadmap, marketing tools, and channels to ensure the desired product growth rate.
— Produce marketing creatives and TA messaging;
— Perform planning, launching, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all channels based on A/B tests to ensure best possible spend optimization;
— Build funnel analytics and analyze data to determine campaign efficiency;
— Create reports which contain performance trend analysis, recommendations, and next steps;
— Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
— Continuously keep searching for new user acquisition channels.
— Work with the product manager and development team to find and test new product hypotheses and improve the product for customers.
