It enables conversational job matching across all talent acquisition channels, intelligently qualifies the candidate specifically for the best-fit role, automates interview scheduling and post interview interactions, drives retention through post-hire check-ins, and gathers actionable insights to improve overall recruiting performance. Their product is multilingual, can be quickly deployed due to its highly configurable technology, and easily integrates and scales with existing HR systems and processes.
Engineering degree — Computer Science preferable;
5+ years experience of front end envelopment of commercial software;
Proven ability to create complex, high-performance front-end apps, working with back end APIs, self-starter;
Excellent verbal and written communication;
Solid understanding and knowledge of:
— JS, ES6, HTML5, CSS , SASS;
— ReactJS, Redux, and Bootstrap frameworks, and ecosystem;
— Responsive and Mobile Design;
— Cross-browser development to support all major mobile and desktop browsers;
— JSON — handling large amount of data on the front-end;
— WebSockets and REST;
— Development process: Agile, Git, Jenkins, UI code deployment.
Knowledge of MySQL, Python, Django, Docker, AWS.
