Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior .NET Backend Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a consumer health and wellness advocate and online retailer headquartered in New York, NY. Since 2010, they`ve launched direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands aimed at simplifying the U.S. tax-free healthcare market and helping everyday Americans and companies benefit better from workplace benefits, wellness, and health spending programs.
— Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or Immersion Certification with equivalent work experience;
— Minimum 3 to 5+ years of back end/web/API development experience developing E-Commerce/web applications with C#, SQL/NHibernate, unit/integration testing frameworks (selenium, NUnit, Visual Studio/MS Test are a plus);
— Strong experience with C# and SQL Server;
— Knowledgeable of ORMs, preferably NHibernate;
— Understanding of caching, scalability, performance, and application resilience;
— ASP.NET Web Forms, and/or ASP.NET MVC/Web API experience;
— Strong communication and team skills;
— Understanding of software engineering principles as well we design and testing patterns.
In this role, you will be working on adding new site features, implementing integrations with third-party tools and services, optimizing the site performance, and troubleshooting errors. You will be responsible for business-critical application changes, work in an agile environment, and stay up to date with emerging technologies. In addition, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, testing, and deployment, is important. Also, your responsibilities will include:
