Business Development Manager

Svitla Systems is looking for a Business Development Manager for a full-time position (40 per hours per week) in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Lviv to join our Sales team. Svitla grows rapidly and searches for an ambitious specialist, ready to share your talent and skills and help us achieve mutual goals. In this role you will be responsible for reaching out to various companies, taking part in high-level negotiations, and maximizing ROI. Have fluent spoken and written English with excellent English comprehension skills.
Have 1-3 years of sales or marketing related experience.
Sales-minded, result-oriented and persistent, with proactive position.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
Basic IT technical understanding will be a plus.


Do active research using such tools as LinkedIn and others social networking tools and databases to find prospects; lead generation.
Work with CRM.
Pursuing new business opportunities.
Developing and maintaining at least 800 prospects/active campaigns at any given time.
Set-up face to face meetings for sales people in the US.
Working diligently sales process.
