Recruitment Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate recruitment coordinator to ensure we provide candidates with the best possible recruiting experience. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with job candidates, external recruiters, headhunters, and other human resources professionals in support of our hiring needs.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing the flow of candidates by scheduling interviews to bring in new employees on board;
  • Coordinating and schedule interviews;
  • Fostering the communication between departments involved in the recruitment process;
  • Participating in the recruitment strategy development.

What are we looking for?

  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (B2+);
  • Experience with an ATS system, MS Office, and/or GSuite of products;
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills;
  • Perfect time-management skills.

What skills will come in handy?

  • Experience in recruiting/sourcing/HR/IT;
  • Understanding of HR and Talent acquisition practices.
