What we are looking for?

7+ years of experience as a Recruiter and Lead
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruiting software and candidate databases
Experience with various personnel search channels: job sites, Linkedin, Facebook, Upwork, Telegram channels, boolean search, etc
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Multitasking ability: we expect you to own and close multiple positions simultaneously
Upper-intermediate level of English

Surprsie.com is seeking a Head of Recruit to play an essential role in shaping and scaling our organization. From sourcing to building long-term strategic recruiting processes, this role will be key in driving expansion of both our strategic and technical teams.

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you’ll be a key partner in building out the future of Surprise.com.

This role will be based out of our Lviv office. We are also looking for candidates in Kyiv as it’s our next city to grow at.
