• Upper-intermediate level of English;
• About 4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, or similar role;
• Experience in design of SaaS systems and enterprise projects;
• Experience in creating and supporting Design System;
• Ability to use an Atomic design approach;
• Experience executing Human-Centered Design methodologies by leading design decisions from Research to Implementation (Launch);
• Understanding of Design Thinking;
• Knowledge of app usage patterns depending on the platform;
• Deep knowledge of HIG / Material design;
• Ability to set up processes supporting effective communication with development team;
• Strong familiarity with web technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions
• Excellent knowledge of visual design (Typography, Grid systems, Color theory, Iconography, and other related aspects CRAP);
• Expert knowledge in Figma (Components, Prototyping, Auto-layout, Team libraries);
• Attention to the details

• Be ready to A/B test, redo, test again, redo again and take it to perfection :) and then test again

• Certification in User Experience/Interaction Design;
• Certification in BA;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process / Ability to support every single cycle of the software development process;
• Experience of working as a graphic designer, in the following fields: Corporate Design, Design Systems, Visual Identities, Brand Guidelines and promotional, communication / marketing design in a commercial environment such as Graphic Design studio or Agency;
• Experience in mentorship and leading the design process;
• Good understanding of versioning tools, such as Abstract or Git (nice to have);
• Toolset:
— Sketch/Figma/Adobe Suite;
— InVision/Overflow/Marvel;
— Zeplin/Avocode;
— XMind/Xtensio;
— Craft/Abstract/Plant;
— Keynote/Google Slides/Sheets/Docs;

• Taking an important role in product-related decisions;
• Building wireframes and high-fidelity mock ups, design incredibly simple and elegant flows and experiences;
• Making conceptual ideas and turn them into both functional and appealing features that our clients need;
• Collaborating with product owner and developers to drive a cohesive UX vision and a high product quality;
• Simplify existing interfaces to improve UX for current and future users;
• Visualize design ideas using flows, sitemaps and wireframes to communicate interaction and design ideas.
