We’re looking for a Tech Support Engineer L1-L3 interested in digital data tool to join a fast-growing European tech product. If you’d like to dive deep into digital marketing, and smart data integrations, this would be the right chance. Let’s be clear, we don’t expect you to code, but we do expect you to investigate customers’ issues using all your technology knowledge.
What you will do:
- Serve as daily first point of contact for our clients on all usage and operational matters concerning the use of the product;
- Solve issues related to data import and export, ETL, SQL, and API connections;
- Identify, categorize and troubleshoot L1, L2, L3 technical issues and if needed, you will escalate the more complex ones to your Team Lead or other internal departments;
- Contribute entries for FAQ and Help Files;
- Play an important role in improving the internal support tools, and work with the Engineering team for the according design and implementation.
What you need:
- Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal), C1 level;
- 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Tech Support or similar roles;
- Understanding /experience with SQL to spot errors and troubleshoot;
- Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager), web analysis services (Google Analytics);
- Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot, analyze and identify issues and solutions;
- Tech-savvy mindset, eager to learn and discover new technologies;
- Care for our customers and excellent service in your DNA.
