— Understand our value proposition and effectively communicate the benefits and features of Caspio’s products and services
— Thoroughly understand customer needs from both a business and technical standpoint, document their requirements and objectives, and communicate their needs to colleagues
— Monitor overall customer experience and ensure operational delivery
— Schedule and perform product demos for new prospects and clients
— Routinely follow up on leads to meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas, key performance indicators, and other departmental objectives
— Manage the sales process from Prospecting to Close utilizing our CRM to maintain accurate records
— Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to make recommendations to internal teams to improve the product quality as a customer advocate
— Maintain broad and in depth knowledge of the product, product features, and pricing plans
— Contribute to improvements in departmental processes and best practices
