5+ years of working experience
Excellent communication skills
Advanced written and verbal English
IT-related degree, ideally computer science degree or comparable education
Project management experience
Solid understanding of SDLC process
Practical experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project
Practical experience in using the JIRA and Confluence systems
Conscientious working style with emphasis on quality
Friendly team player
Ideally experience in the financial services industry and with software-as-a-service
Ideally PMP certification

Leading project initiation (organize kick-off meeting, requirements walk-through, create JIRA project/stories, sprint planning, etc.)
Creating and maintaining project plans/sprint plans
Project risk management, documentation management and quality management
Lead and drive multiple agile projects in parallel
Manage internal and external resources during project execution
Manage the roll-out process of new releases from Development, via QA and UAT environments to Production in Zoot Software-as-a-service infrastructure
Reporting of project status to management and customers
Timely report risks and issues to both Zoot and customer management
Manage project communications to all stakeholders
Pro-active support of go-live activities
Traveling to clients to lead project meetings
