You will have an opportunity to become the first sales manager at Rocket Harbor. We have a few freelancers ready to help with the lead generation part. Also, you can build your own sales team from scratch. You have to set up the full lifecycle of sales and close deals. You can choose the tools you consider to be the best.
— Practical understanding of the sales process, key stages, goals
— Experience in building Sales funnels and pipelines
— Experience in the lead generation process
— Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills, experience in working with CRM platforms
— 2 years experience in sales (B2B) or business development in the software outsourcing industry
— English — Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
— Ability to effectively engage in verbal and written communications
— 24 calendar days of vacation
— Annual subscription to the gym
— Teambuilding once a month (sometimes a month and a half) + every season we try to go somewhere for a few days
— Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
— Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships
— Analyze sales data to prepare and present sales projections and realistic forecasts.
— Outreach to potential clients via different сhannels of communication
— Cover all sales cycle stages from the first contact to closing the sale.
— Keep CRM up to date
