— 2+ years experience working as a product owner or business analyst;
— Strong organizational, communication and motivational skills;
— Good knowledge and skills at Business Analysis techniques and practices;
— Familiarity with Google Analytics and Hotjar;
— Experience with Agile projects in PO role;
— Proven project management and planning skills and a history of delivering projects on time;
— Familiarity with task/issue/incident tracking systems (Jira);
— Good knowledge at model and run multivariate and A/B tests;
— Experience with UI/UX team;
— Deep understanding of business processes of e-commerce(game industry experience).

— Providing analysis and monitoring of the competitors’ market at the initial stage of the product launch;
— Interaction with internal customers, participation in the process of requirements gathering and forming and solving non-standard issues;
— Formulation of requirements for UI/UX team: make usability audit along major customer journeys of the current product; design beautiful and convenient user interface reflecting the contemporary style brand;
— Generate a plan to track marketing performance, ROI, and revenue growth from marketing activities;
— Keep close communication with product management and development organization and customers to gather their needs;
— Formulation of the development strategy of the projects, marketing planning, ensuring their profitability and scalability.
