Middle Product Designer (UI/UX)

We are looking for a highly skilled Middle Product Designer (UI/UX) with expertise in IGaming. The ideal candidate will take ownership of mid-size projects and work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and senior designers to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product design.
  • Design portfolio showcasing experience with iGaming projects. Cases for desktop/mobile.
  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma (including auto-layouts, component-based design, styles, and tokens).
  • Experience with prototyping in Figma.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting and explaining design decisions.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher).


Nice to have:

  • Experience working with quantitative data.
  • Experience in crypto or gamification projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly, responsive, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Create structured information architecture, multi-step flows, and cross-platform user journeys.
  • Conduct user research and integrate feedback to improve designs.
  • Present designs confidently and clearly to stakeholders, and manage their expectations.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Key expectations during the probation period:

  • Demonstrate strong soft skills, including communication and collaboration.
  • Deliver designs on time with measurable progress.

Ideal candidate’s soft skills:

  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and adapt flexibly to changing priorities.
