Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis throughout the product development lifecycle (Ideation → Production).
• Elicit, analyse, and document detailed business requirements and technical specifications for system/provider integrations.
• Define and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes.
• Own and refine the product backlog in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration delivery.
• Act as a product SME (subject matter expert) for your team.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in the iGaming space to identify growth opportunities and conduct data-driven decision making.
• Evaluate integration performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Must-have skills:

• Solid track record as a Business Analyst in fast-paced domains
• Strong focus on provider/system integrations.
• Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with API integration standards and data exchange formats (JSON, HTML, XML).
• Confident in end-to-end requirements documentation
• Hands-on experience with platforms and third-party service ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Analytical and product-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English B2+ (upper-intermediate or higher).

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or basic data analysis.
• Previous exposure to backlog prioritization, roadmap preparation, release planning, and cross-team communication.
• Experience with web/mobile solutions development.
• Understanding of cloud/microservice architectures.
• Experience in fast-paced iGaming or entertainment ecosystems.
