Responsibilities:
Run several Scrum/Kanban teams.
Facilitate Scrum and other organizational events (regular and requested).
New teams setup from scratch, applying the best methodologies/frameworks.
Planning Scrum implementations within the organization;
Track and communicate Agile metrics which may include team velocity and sprint Increment progress.
Support the Delivery Leadership Team.
Reporting to Delivery Leadership and Business teams.
Recognize and mitigate conflicts.
Help to resolve the team’s impediments.
Be a Servant Leader for the Agile Development (Scrum) Team.
Coache the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
Apply Agile practices and master them to reach the projects’ goals.
Helping the Development Team to create high-value products
Processes improvement to increase the productivity of Development Teams.
Requirements:
3+ years prior relevant experience.
Understanding and facilitation the project’s lifecycle and development methodologies.
Solid knowledge and experience with Scrum, Kanban.
Good coaching skills.
Knows and can apply various facilitation techniques (Retro etc.).
Open and great in communication with the team and business stakeholders.
Strong English writing and speaking skills .
