Suntech Innovation — is a product development company working in dynamic markets with a full cycle R&D Centre in Ukraine. We are responsible for the development and successful continuous delivery of several products presented to international markets. All products are developed within SCRUM methodology using modern technologies. Responsibilities:

Act as a recruitment expert by applying best practices for full recruitment life cycle and strategic talent acquisition;
Together with HR manager, develop and implement Employer Brand strategy and contribute in recognition of the Company as inspiring place to work
Facilitate the end to end recruitment process including recruit/source, interview, selection and onboarding of new hires;
Collaborate with stakeholders and HR partner to develop a strong understanding of company culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business;
Design candidates’ job descriptions and role profiles;
Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential technical candidates for level of interest, qualifications and compensation;
Utilize internal HRIS for workflow tracking, communication and management of active and passive candidates;
Represent Company for recruiting purposes at identified networking and industry events, conferences, etc.
Develop a broad professional network of top technology talent


Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience in the same position in IT Company;
Extensive experience in hiring for IT positions and understanding of main IT technologies: BE Java, FE Angular, DevOps (cloud), QA, BA, etc.;
Strong communication skills;
The data-driven approach of hiring;
Experience of driving the recruitment process in HRIS;
Excellent written and spoken English;
Experience in creative writing (e.g. job descriptions, e-mail, outreach messages, promo etc).
