● 2+ years relevant experience in management team (T1/T2);
● Ability to work under pressure and non-business working hours;
● Team motivation and skills development;
● Strong people management, coaching, and leadership skills;
● Strong English writing and speaking skills;
● Ability to read and write SQL queries;● Experience working with Chrome/Firefox devtools;
● Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, and JSD;
● Previous experience with monitoring system DataDog or Zabbix.

Обов’язки

● Effectively manage a team of Tier1 support members;
● Troubleshoot day-to-day user issues in all environments to solve their problems;
● Escalations to other teams as appropriate;
● Maintain up-to-date monitoring on all applications;
● Develop strong relationships with the customer;
● Work closely with different departments as (BE, QA, FE);
● Reporting and tracking incidents in JIRA service desk;
● Communicate in a transparent way between development teams, PO, DM, and
business stakeholders;
● Understand individual team members’ contribution and help optimize team
performance;
● Ability to meet internal SLAs responding to the customer;
● You’ll be the hands, eyes, and ears of other teams to provide hands-on
assistance for systems and applications.

We are now looking for a First Line Support Team Lead. This person is expected to
manage the Support team (up to 7 members) and be responsible for their successful
operation. Our Team Lead should be suitably skilled in support management (T1/T2).
