My Experience at Suntech Innovation: A beginning of the Journey.
Greetings!
Today I would like to share my feedback about Suntech Innovation. I worked at the company about 4 months. I successfully passed trial. I would like to mention 3 main points that are really important for me: company details, people and work environment.
First of all I am delighted to be a part of a rapidly growing company, which takes responsibility about employees. I felt great care of the company from very first day. I had clear and doable plan for onboarding and trial.
Second — people. I met great professionals, enthusiasts of their work. Friendly atmosphere is huge advantage of this company. Everyone is striving to help you and to make our common work done.
Company work environment. Here I would like to mention hiring process. Someone can say that it has too much stages, such as HR interview, Technical interview and next interview with manager. I would like to say that it is classical approach which is reliable, and we are hiring employees very responsible.
Work environment is also fast growing, processes are changing when it is needed without any bureaucracy. Company has benefits pack including English lessons etc.
Especially I would like to mention company structure, which allows every employee to share personal opinion as with direct manager either with head management in easy way. Annual bonuses, salary reviews... Decent level of compensations.
As conclusion, I would like to recommend Suntech Innovation as great employer. If you are still uncertainly if you should send your CV, don’t be ))
