Experience in IT researching/recruiting from a year;
Strong knowledge of the main channels and tools for finding candidates, methods of professional selection;
Experience with candidates in the full recruitment life cycle;
Ability to apply new knowledge in work, quickly switch between tasks, and easily adapt to change;
Desire to discover new technology that can speed up work processes and improve its quality;
Responsibility, ability to plan time and prioritize;
Competent verbal and written knowledge of English (Intermediate+).

Experience with different recruitment process automation tools and ATS.

Collaboratin and consultation with the businesses to identify job requirements and develop effective the position profiles and candidate specs that most effectively market the opportunity;
Analysis of candidates resumes based on the specifics and requirements for the vacancy;
Using traditional as well as experimental methods to find the best candidates for open roles;
Working with the internal database and maintaining data integrity within the applicant tracking system;
Initial communication with candidates, interviews coordination, schedule handling;
Regular reporting to recruitment lead and hiring managers;
Interaction with the recruiting team.
