Logistics / Shipping Coordinator position in a Kyiv office responsible for shipping documentation, communication with customs brokers, suppliers, and carriers, the requirements could include:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review shipping and export/import documentation.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Communicate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Maintain shipment records and logistics databases.
• Support customs clearance activities and provide required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, warehouse, finance, sales).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in logistics, shipping, import/export, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of international shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Understanding of customs clearance procedures and international trade regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• English proficiency (written and spoken) at an intermediate to advanced level, sufficient for daily communication with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately with documentation and deadlines.
• Ability to work from Kyiv office on a regular basis (office-based position).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international transportation modes (air, ocean, road).
• Experience in manufacturing or electronics industries.
