As a part of the HR & Recruitment team, you will drive the efforts of attracting and hiring qualified candidates that match StrongSD’s needs. You should have a strong recruiting background with excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the recruitment process in the Kharkiv office (or remote in quarantine time).
— 2+ years experience in IT recruitment (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
— The extensive network of IT contacts and a good understanding of the IT market
— Candidates searching experience (Linkedin, GitHub, Twitter, etc. )
— Experience in searching candidates with Ruby on Rails, React.js, QA Automation, or other knowledge in the IT field
— Good understanding of IT technologies and the ability to read and understand the requirements for various IT job profiles.
— Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, providing feedbacks
— English level — Intermediate or higher, Ukrainian — fluent
— Bachelor/Master degree.
