Responsibilities:
-Managing customer satisfaction.
-Ensure all parties of cross-discipline team members are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
-Build effective project communication:
— Meet with the remote project team daily to identify and resolve possible personal, development, and corporate culture issues.
— Facilitating change requests to ensure all parties know necessary information on the impacts on schedule, scope, and budget.
— Handle the customers’ feedback to not interfere with the project roadmap.
— Participate in enterprise resource planning. Ensure the project deliverables adhere to quality and efficiency standards.
— Create project success metrics and provide regular evaluations during the project life cycle.
— Handle risks/opportunities with clients, team members, and other company projects.
— Ensure and document the project acceptance.
Required skills:
-Ability to learn and change own habits.
-Proficiency in presentation and document-flow software.
-Skilled in project planning software and project management methodology.
-Working experience with bug tracking software, version control, CICD, IDE, and CICD.
-Knowledge of agile practices and their limitations.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Ability to make and justify a final decision when it is required to move forward.
-Ability to foster teamwork, coaching, and staff growth.
-Ready to relocate and travel.
