— 2+ years in HR/People Partner role within international Software development company
— Experience in IT Recruitment (training in IT recruitment is a big plus)
— System thinking and passion for building smart processes
— Good writing skills

— Dynamic, proactive and energetic person
— Leadership, development and driving of key HR, Recruitment and Employee Branding processes along with objectives, metrics and regular reports
— Leadership, development and driving of performance review, salary review and retention programs
— Leveling up recruitment and on-boarding processes
— Developing and taking good care of employer brand and company public communication
— Supporting company values and team spirit
— Suggesting new procedures and policies to continually improve company efficiency and employee experience
