Fluent English — written and spoken skills

Experience with MS Excel is required
Customer service experience and strong communication skills;

Sunday to Thursday 10:00 am — 7:00 pm or
Monday to Friday 5:00 pm — 01:00 am (paid taxi)
Resolving basic to complex support issues for customer inquiries received via omni-channel support (emails, live chat, and calls);
Becoming a product expert and providing documentation updates to our knowledge base;
Resolve or escalate technical or other problems;
Report bugs to the development team for a further fix;
