About the Role We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B SaaS to manage and scale our LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns. You’ll be responsible for creating, optimizing, and analyzing high-impact campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive ROI in the competitive SaaS market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns to meet lead generation and performance goals.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to design highly targeted campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Craft engaging ad copy, select impactful visuals, and collaborate with the design team for creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and deliver detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Continuously A/B test ad elements to enhance performance and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends, SaaS industry benchmarks, and platform updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing within B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and funnel optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and data visualization platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills to craft compelling campaigns.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design and sales.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
