Streamline is a New York-based company with office in Canada and global representation worldwide. We develop an AI-powered supply chain planning platform that helps to double profits by optimizing the supply chain management process for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.

Role Overview

Are you a motivated professional with experience in supply chain consulting or IT/programming? Do you have a strong grasp of ERP systems, SAP, databases, and SQL? If you also possess excellent project management skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless integration of our software with clients’ ERP systems, addressing their technical requirements.
• Lead implementation projects for customers, collaborating with partners to ensure success.
• Conduct software demonstrations and proof of concept meetings to showcase our product’s capabilities.
• Manage the deployment, installation, and data validation process for new customer launches within specified timeframes.
• Provide comprehensive training to customers on how to effectively use the software.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, delivering timely and accurate solutions to customer problems.
• Continuously improve departmental processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the company.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in roles such as Implementation Engineer, Business Development, Onboarding, Account/Relationship Management, or similar at a SaaS company.
• Strong skills in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of customer service principles.
• Excellent skills in data validation.
• Ability to clearly communicate inconsistencies, issues, and process improvement ideas to account managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SQL and networking.
• Experience working with technical products.
• Experience working with US clients.
